Prep Questions + Waiver

I’m looking forward to guiding you in Forest Therapy (aka forest bathing, or mindfulness outdoors).

Please fill out this short form and waiver at least 24-hours in advance. Feel free to skip any questions that aren’t required.

We will be outside, so I recommend you dress for the weather, and bring anything you’d like to be comfortable outside (water, sunscreen, bugspray, extra layers, etc.). If you want to be extra comfortable, bring a blanket, mat or portable chair to sit/lay on during the guided meditation. (I bring some with me for anyone who forgets, but I may not have enough for the whole group.)

We usually spend ~20-30 minutes in one spot — standing, sitting, or laying on the ground—during the guided meditation, and also do some slow walking. We typically walk much less than a mile in total, but this varies by location.
