Prep Questions + Waiver

I’m looking forward to guiding you in Forest Therapy (aka forest bathing) as part of your organization’s event.

Please fill out this short form and waiver at least 24-hours in advance. Feel free to skip any questions that aren’t required.

We will be outside, so I recommend you dress for the weather, and bring a blanket, mat or portable chair, and anything else you’d like to be comfortable (water, extra layers, etc.).

We typically spend the first 20-30 minutes standing, sitting, or laying on the ground during the guided meditation, and then do some slow walking along dirt or mulched paths.
