Find relief from your chronic pain, symptoms or conditions
Do you live with chronic pain or symptoms that don’t have a clear treatment or solution?
I have been there, and I understand how debilitating, confusing, hopeless, and all-consuming it can be.
What if you didn’t have to plan your life around your pain or symptoms?
What if all this time and energy you spend on managing your symptoms can be put toward what you love doing?
What if you learned to go easy on yourself?
What if you learned to trust yourself again?
All of this (and more) is possible, and I want to help you do it.
As a mind-body coach specializing in chronic pain recovery, I will help support you in your recovery journey using the latest evidenced-based tools and techniques, with a big dose of compassion.
Two options for working with me:
As of July 2025, I am serving as a Pain Recovery Coach at Lin Health, which takes many forms of insurance (yay!). Feel free to reach out to Lin Health via their website to see if they take your insurance, and you can request me as a coach! This takes a few more steps to get started, including seeing one of their doctors, but it can be a more affordable option, depending on your health insurance plan.
If you’d like to get started right away and are able to pay out-of-pocket, you can skip the insurance and medical hoops and work directly with me! Continue below to schedule through my website.
The Science
We are in the midst of a huge paradigm shift in how science understands and treats chronic pain and other conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme, IBS, chronic migraines, and more.
Doctors and other medical professionals used to see pain and other physical symptoms as an indication that something was wrong with the body, but now science is showing that the driver for a large portion of chronic pain and symptoms is actually the brain and nervous system misreading neutral signals as threats.
The good news is – we can retrain the brain and nervous system to alter our experience of pain and other symptoms, and in many instances even eliminate them entirely, by taking a brain-based approach that focuses on cognitive, emotional and behavioral patterns.
Experts estimate that about 80% of chronic pain originates in the brain and nervous system – also known as primary pain, neuro-plastic pain, mind-body pain, or tension myositis syndrome (TMS). Even pain and symptoms that have a physical cause can be exacerbated by misfiring neural pathways related to our conscious thoughts, subconscious expectations, and emotions, so I believe that everyone with chronic pain or symptoms can benefit from this work.
Disclaimer: I am not a medical provider or a licensed mental health provider. I do not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health conditions. Any information provided here on my website is meant to serve as tools for self-help for personal use at your own discretion in conjunction with therapists, medical professionals, or other licensed professionals that meet your needs.
My Coaching Process
I will spend some time getting to know your unique story (symptoms, patterns, what helps, what doesn’t, etc.) so I can meet you where you are. (This is not a cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all program!) The process will look a little different for everyone but will include:
Live 1:1 coaching sessions that include both conversations and real-time pain recovery tools.
Personal support in between live sessions via email or Whatsapp for resources, reminders, questions, gentle accountability, troubleshooting, celebrating, and more.
Individualized education on mind-body science and tools via live sessions, messaging, and sharing of targeted resources.
Coaching Outcomes
Together, we will help you:
Build belief that you can recover.
Reduce fear around your pain and symptoms.
Practice mindful, kind awareness of your symptoms and in your life.
Build awareness of non-physical contributors to symptoms like stress, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs.
Get more comfortable identifying and experiencing emotions in the present moment. (We don’t go delving into the past in our process; that’s more appropriate to do with a licensed therapist.)
Embrace feeling GOOD and bringing more joy into your life.
Treat yourself (and all parts of yourself) with love and compassion.
Realign your life with your values.
Timeline & Packages:
Everyone is different and at different points in their journeys; I like to work with you in a way that suits YOU.
My recommended package is 12 sessions, scheduled every 1 to 2 weeks to start, with the option to space them further apart after you build some momentum. To be used within 1 year of purchase.
If you’re not ready to commit to 12 sessions, 6 sessions will provide a solid introduction to the approach, tools and practices and give you some time to start incorporating new ways of being in your life. Some people experience a real transformation in 6 sessions.
You’re also welcome to purchase each session individually if you’re not ready to commit, or if you want to pay session by session.
Prices (2026):
1-hour session: $90
6-session package: $500
12-session package: $900
I accept payment at time of scheduling via Zelle or Venmo.
FAQs
Will this work for me?
Experts estimate that about 80% of chronic pain originates in the brain and nervous system – also known as primary pain, neuroplastic pain, mind-body pain, or tension myositis syndrome (TMS). What symptoms or conditions are commonly neuro-plastic or affected by a mind-body approach?
Here are just some examples: fibromyalgia, dizziness, POTS, anxiety, multiple chemical sensitivities, tension headaches, chronic fatigue, paresthesias (numbness, tingling, burning), tinnitus, migraine headaches, back pain, neck pain, TMJ, sciatica, IBS, and more. Message me if you have questions about yours!
Are you a licensed therapist?
No. I am a coach/guide/mentor/educator. See my qualifications here. If I think you would benefit from a licensed therapist, I will recommend that. My approach as a coach and guide is less about digging into the past, and more present-moment and future-oriented. (I love therapy, and highly recommend it, but this is a separate process that can be more accessible for different people at different points in their lives.
